Negotiations broke down in front of the National Assembly and became the violence and fight. Armenian gendarmes were in their element. At heart gendarmes awoke barely curbed beast. Especially they cheered with the presence of the Chief of Yerevan Police Nersik Nazarian, who happily watched the illegal actions of the police. In an interview with the newspaper "Hraparak" Nersik Nazaryan said that police do beat demonstrators, but bring to life.
