Tigran Sargsyan inspects renovation works at opera theater

Tigran Sargsyan, accompanied by and acting Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan visited State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre of Armenia.

Tigran Sargsyan toured the building and inspected the technical upgrading implemented by Austrian Waagner-Biro Austria Stage Systems AG company with the assistance of the Armenian government.

In particular, the stage mechanism was completely renovated and modern digital control system was installed. The equipment was imported from Germany.

It is expected that renovation of the theater will be over in late April.
