"Today, near Baghanis village of Tavush region, "Noyemberyan" enemy showed unprecedented adventure. About a military unit in an inadequate state and irregular appearance and behavior approached Armenian military servicemen. After the initial warning, they did not continue to approach the military servicemen in non-typical way. Armenian military servicemen in order to prevent the provocation fired, as a result of which, the enemy may have victims. The whole responsibility falls on Azerbaijan's side."
