"Stepan Safarian says that Raffi Hovannisian went to Moscow to bring from Putin victory of people. Sadly, when opposition force sees its victory in tKremlin. He gathered the people, infected with the belief that they would win. All right, people won, but Mr. Hovhannisyan how Moscow is connected with this victory? Moscow has its victories, which are not secret in any country.

An assumption appears that Moscow is another Tsitsernakaberd .... ".
