"My political knowledge is insufficient for understanding Raffi Hovhannisyan's political plans and actions", an opinion expressed Chairman of the "New Times" party Aram Karapetyan, in response to the question of "Aravot", what he thinks which would be the next steps of Raffi Hovannisian.

"Talking about the rule of law in Armenia is absurd, because the system is not based on the law, but on the structure of the clan hierarchy, which lie at the basis of their own personal clan interests. In a country where there are political choices, it is inconvenient to talk about democracy."
