Factors of waiting: When will Serzh Sargsyan name a new Prime Minister

The phenomenon was repeated like a change of places and persons- presidential elections, the inauguration ... The next step involves the formation of the government, and, above all, the appointment of Prime Minister. 

Back in 2008, Serzh Sargsyan on the day of his inauguration appointed Tigran Sargsyan as Armenian Prime Minister, followed by the most important processes of distribution of ministerial portfolios. This time, however, it's been two days since the inauguration, but there are not even rumors of appointments and, why not, reassignment.

Raffi Hovannisian, as if set off all his struggles and visit to Moscow, however, according to the Constitution, within 10 days from the date of resignation of the government, RA President Serzh Sargsyan is obliged to appoint Prime Minister, that is, until 19 April Tigran Sargsyan will have the right to remain in office of Prime Minister, after which either someone will replace him, or he will be reassigned.

Referring to the figures, who could be appointed as Prime Minister, we can not rule out Karen Karapetyan, who was once considered the only competitor in this race. Although Karen Karapetyan himself ruled out his tenure as Prime Minister, he will probably still have a chance, given the tightening of solution of premier's destination.

If Serzh Sargsyan would not doubt about that, then clearly, if not on April 9, at least the next day, he would have published the decision.

Requirements or preconditions of RF to leave Karen Karapetyan sidelines and to appoint Tigran Sargsyan as Prime Minister, can be considered satisfied, that is, according to documents Tigran Sargsyan will finally have the opportunity to be Prime Minister of Armenia.

Thus, the synthesis of behavior Raffi Hovannisian and requirements of the Russian Federation, among others, may lead to Serzh Sargsyan to form a new government to resort to innovations in the distribution of ministerial portfolios.

It turns out that in fact the two factors that are the causes of Serzh sargsyan's long waiting, can be solved in the next few days, after which it Prime Minister's name will become known.
