In Sport and Concert Complex after K. Demirchyan shortly before the founding congress of the "Armenian National Congress", kicked off, which will be adopted by the charter and program of the party, as well as leaders of the Congress will be elected. 900 delegates from 1234 attend the event.

Hall of SCC is crowded. People's Party of Armenia headed by Stepan Demirchian, ARF, led by Armen Rustamyan and "Prosperous Armenia", led by Stepan Margaryan attend the event, too.
