On April 12 at 19:30 Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received a signal that the resident of Kapan, Syunik region of Armenia did not respond to telephone calls and door, and rescuers' help is needed.

A crew reached the scene. Fire-rescue workers opened the door, and in the hallway was found hanging from a rope corpse of Mamikon Martirosyan, born in 1968.
