Afghan airport attacked with missiles

The Jalalabad airport in the east of Afghanistan was attacked with missiles and caught fire this morning, the local media report.
Several missiles went off next to NATO aircraft. A civil plane was seriously damaged as a result of the attack. No details are given about which airline it belongs to.

The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) press-service has confirmed the attack against the airport and damage to a civil plane, pointing out that NATO aircraft were not damaged.
