Karabakh defense minister congratulates on New Year.

Defense Minsiter of the Defense Army of Nagorno Karabakh Movses Hakobyan has congratulated compatriots on the occasion of New Year.

In a message issued by the ministry’s press service on Saturday Hakobyan, first of all, congratulated all those who are currently on their military duties on the outposts and other key military facilities.

Hakobyan further congratulated the New Year of all those who were martyred during the Karabakh war.

The commander of Karabakh’s armed forces also assured that they military is always ready to ensure the security of the state and congratulated also the army personnel and their families.
