Strategy made by Levon Ter-Petrosyan

ANC's founding congress was over, and Levon Ter-Petrosyan did what ANC representatives could not do for weeks and months- first only with his presence, he again reminded ANC's existence, about "almost dead" factor, then with interconnected, creative accents constructed speech spoke about recorded several achievements, particularly in the political field and the municipal election campaign.

Talking about about what he was speaking in 2008, Levon Ter-Petrosyan said that their problem is to conduct a bourgeois democratic revolution. In the context of this statement, Levon Ter-Petrosyan first answered Raffi Hovannisian's address to his statements from Freedom Square, that is, once again he mentioned that in 2008 he at least made serious proposals, which are actual and are "more" than simply shouting "victory". 

In other words, at the stage of campaign for the newly ANC he provided, at least, support of this layer by, which, of course, can become a reality in the future.

On the other hand, he attempted to form a successful effort to attract major representatives of the bourgeoisie.

Besides all the "achievements", Levon Ter-Petrosyan presented a serious potential for municipal elections. Speaking about bourgeoisie and its manifestation in our reality, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, did not forget to mention Gagik Tsarukyan's name, which, of course, can not be considered accidental.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan, first referring to PAP and memories of 2008, explained, eliminated the gaps, providing comparisons between Khachatur Sukiasyan and Gagik Tsarukyan, the idea of which was to cut the chains of Tsarukyan from the authorities, at the same time demonstrating to understand the situation and trends. Levon Ter-Petrosyan showed that he would stand next to him in case of choosing that path, or, at least, would not be against it.

In addition, Levon Ter-Petrossian concluding his topic, noted that Gagik Tsarukyan has chosen that way- all his actions prove it. He came out of the coalition, did not support Serzh Sargsyan, did not attend his inauguration, and is still ready to fight in elections of Yerevan Council of Elders.

So, it turns out that we can now consider the struggle of Yerevan Council of Elders launched. What ANC needed to provide its "springboard", Levon Ter-Petrosian ensured with one of his speech.
