Khachatur Sukiasyan consciously led to bankruptcy

Arman Musheghyan posted a record on his page Facebook page, which says:
"Levon Ter-Petrosyan admitted that knowing what was expected for Khachatur Sukiasyan, he was left from big bourgeoisie, even though he was not so connected with the government. Khachatur Sukiasyan was consciously led to bankruptcy, knowing that Serzh Sargsyan would not forgive him, but they would not be able to help him.
I remember Levon Ter-Petrosyan said that Serzh Sargsyan was the only oligarch in our country. Now he implements this statement. He wants to create rich-middle class, cheat, and tearing from surrendering to the "court" of Serzh Sargsyan. Why is Tsarukyan chosen as the next "victim"? He is the only oligarch who has serious political life, one of the richest people in Armenia and probably oligarch with the greatest authority. After the destruction of Gagik Tsarukyan Serzh Sargsyan will not have to exert much effort to get rid of the others, as there will be no more authority around which oligarchs can connect. Tsarukyan might have understood, so he did not agree with Levon Ter-Petrosyan's proposal. However, I do not think that the oligarchs are protected and safe from attacks against their name."
