Oskanian about the generosity of circles of power

Former Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian, who heads the list of "Prosperous Armenia" in the elections of Yerevan Council of Elders, has posted a record on his Facebook page, which says:
"I have already conducted a number of meetings in different districts of Yerevan. “We very often say we have two Yerevan, the Center and the rest.
I would say though that we have more than two Yerevan, Small Center, Big Center, Center and the other administrative districts and their suburbs. They all differ from each other. The difference is huge especially between Small Center and suburbs".
"The equal and complete development of Yerevan is one of the prior issues of the city and the policy of its implementation must not be from Center to suburbs but already vice versa – from suburbs to the Center.
“I think it is necessary to seriously think of each administrative district have its equivalent small center, its Abovian and Tumanyan streets. This approach will significantly change the people’s expectations, will increase the opportunities, will reload the Center, will create new values in other parts of the capital as well".
“As to the livelihood issues of people living in suburbs I would say that it is unacceptable that they have not been solved until now. The existence of these issues is the result of years of indifference by urban authorities,”.
"People do not demand much but they are getting angry as in conditions of such awful lavishness of ruling circles they cannot get minimum of what they are due to have. “During this week I have not faced a single issue which could not be solved with our existing resources."
Our people do not really need much. But people resent it when in a terrible bounty circles of power, people can not get what they are entitled to.
For this one week, I have not met at least one task that can not resolve our current resources."
