Masis police officers detained the driver committing a fatal run over.

Today, on Jan.4, Armenia`s Masis police department officers detained and arrested the driver committing a fatal run over in Ararat region on Jan.3, photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed.

The latter was resident of Ararat region`s Ghukasavan village, Karen Ghukasyan, 40.

To note, on Jan.3, at about 20:00pm, Karen Ghukasyan with his Mercedes E - 111 LL 90 model car hit Armen Arakelyan, 48, the resident of the same village, and leaving him helpless escaped.

A criminal case is launched.
