"Zhoghovurd": Hayk Demoyan- Diaspora Minister?

According to circulating news Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute director Hayk Demoyan will be appointed Armenia’s Diaspora Minister.

"Zhoghovurd" tried to clarify the news from Demoyan but the latter was avoiding giving a concrete answer. “I hear it for the first time, I have not received such proposal."

 Asked whether he can handle the office of the Diaspora Minister, he said a person must think and understand his skills.
