President of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic has congratulated policemen on their professional holiday.

Respected servicemen and veterans of the Police,

I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday - the Day of Police, a holiday which is yet another occasion for evaluating the past, referring to the work being carried out and plans for future.

Since its inception, the Artsakh Republic Police has been effectively exercising its responsibilities of protecting legality, public law and order, rights and interests of the citizen. The assigned tasks require a higher degree of responsibility and are of crucial importance as our aim is to build a democratic state, where everyone will feel safe and secure under the supremacy of law. That is why the requirement standards of the structure’s activities are extremely high.

I am confident that you will do your best to successfully and honorablhy resolve the tasks set. The state will continue keeping spotlight on the efforts to improve your working and social conditions.
