Ruben Hakobyan: "Gagik Tsarukyan is uncontrollable."

"Why were not Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Gagik Tsarukyan running for presidency? This is a matter in which they are not sincere," at a meeting with journalists, Vice Chairman of "Heritage" party Ruben Hakobyan said.

"In the presidential elections they announced that the elections were not political, there was no competition. Election of Mayor, in fact, is political," Hakobyan said.

According to the latter, Tsarukyan is out of control on the part of the authorities and the opposition. "But if he ran, Levon Ter-Petrosyan would support him", Ruben Hakobyan said.
