His Holiness Karekin II Received Ambassador of Brazil to the Republic of Armenia

On April 16, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received Mrs. Marcela Maria Nicodemos, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to the Republic of Armenia.

During the meeting His Holiness bid farewell the Ambassador and congratulated her on having finished her diplomatic mission in Armenia, expressing his appreciation and gratitude for the services carried out within the last four years.

During the course of the conversation they reflected on the life of the Armenian community in Brazil and the Armenian Diocese of Brazil. It was mentioned that the Diocese and community were an essential bridge between the two countries hence promoting enhancement of the bilateral relations and cooperation.

At the end of the meeting His Holiness bid Mrs. Marcela Nicodemos good luck in her future service.
