US Secretary of State, John Kerry stated, at the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the US House of Representatives, that Turkey would be a constructive player in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh and the Cyprus issues.

Responding to the senators’ questions in connection with Turkey, Kerry noted that Turkey is conducting talks with them toward assisting in the settlement of the two frozen matters of Nagorno-Karabakh and Cyprus, Anadolu News Agency of Turkey reports.
