Probability of even the third place of "Hi, Yerevan" movement is threatened

Vruyr Artsruni posted a record on his Facebook page, which says:

"If today the movement, led by Raffi Hovannisian, decides to take part in the May election, I consider it necessary to remind that:

1. In contrast to the presidential elections on May 5 "Armenian National Congress" will get its votes, "Prosperous Armenia"-its, ARF-its, the Republican Party of Armenia- its...

2. For the purpose of non unpleasant scenario of the presidential election, administrative resources, technology of electoral bribes will be used.

Under these conditions, the probability that "Hi, Yerevan" movement of Raffi Hovannisian will even take the third place, is under threat.

I hope that today prudence will win in the end, and Raffi Hovannisian will adopt unprecedented yet in the political field of Armenia technology, otherwise he will be awarded the same fate as his predecessors.
