A young man`s second suicide attempt was prevented by the police in Yerevan.

In Jan. 7, Yerevan police officers prevented a regular suicide case. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, at about 21:00pm a call was received in Armenia`s rescuer service operative center that a young man was preparing to jump from Davtashen bridge.
The rescuers dispatched to the scene. With the help of the citizens they managed to prevent the suicide attempt. The young man was taken to the police station. The latter is resident of Avan district, Andranik Yeghiazaryan, 30, who is married and has a child. People gathered on the scene informed that the latter had told that he was divorced and his ex-wife did not allow him to see her daughter as a result of which he wanted to commit a suicide.
The journalist informed that this was the second attempt of his suicide. On Nov. 7 of the last year Andranik Yeghiazaryan tried to jump from Kievyan bridge and again the police managed to prevent him from this step.
