Gagik Ghahramanyan appointed deputy head of the NKR Police

On 19 April President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing colonel Komitas Karapetyan from the post of deputy head of the NKR Police in connection with assuming a new post.

According to another Presidential decree Police colonel Gagik Ghahramanyan was appointed deputy head of the NKR Police.
