Forbes magazine, the regular catalogue of rich and powerful has declared David Beckham as the richest soccer star in the planet, ahead of current champions Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Real Madrid was termed as the most valuable club, ending nine year reign of Manchester United at the top.
