What happened when the teacher put two Serzh Sargsyan's and Hovik Abrahamyan's grandchildren

Master of Chess of Yerevan school N 8 after A. Pushkin Narek Varazdatyan has recently been fired from work. In an interview with Lurer.com Varazdatyan told the real reason for his release.

"I worked at this school without a contract, without any statement, I was asked from the Academy of Chess to teach children at school. I always wondered why there was no employment contract, but all of my questions remained unanswered. So I worked there for 2 months, the rest of teachers received their salaries on plastic cards, I received always in cash, even i did not fill in journals. The conflict began after I gave the students of 2/3 classes homework: 17 of the 34 pupils were not ready for the lesson, for which they received two in a diary.

Serzh Sargsyan's and Hovik Abrahamyan's, director's and head teacher's grandchildren were among these pupils. After that, the head teacher called me to him, and ordered not to put marks less than 8 points. Then I was called again and told that I shouls not assign homework. However, the seminars in Chess Academy had clearly stated that it is necessary to give homework for the house.

Then I ask one of the staff to give me my book. I did not go myself, because before that I said that I would not come to this school. It turns out that I was hired by Pushkin school under Article 85, but there was no employment contract, I did not write any statement in order to work. On April 11 I was fired from work without explanation. Although they would have written that because of the record on Facebook I was fired, but no, they just said "Fire from work" and that's all.

Secondly, if I was fired due to my absence, they do not have the right, because 2-day absence does not consider relieve from work, since the Labour Code states that it is possible to make a reprimand, but not exempt from work".

Our observation that perhaps the teacher was engaged in political propaganda in school, and that was the reason for his release, Varazdatyan ruled it out and added that the school management is engaged in political agitation.
