Vladimir Gasparyan: "Themes of defamation already started."

On April 19 RA Police held a meeting, in which department heads and subordinate departments of Yerevan took part. Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan reflected on the upcoming municipal elections, the legality and public order, and issues relating to Police.

"Elections must be passed properly, as themes of defamation have already started, and Police is usually chosen as target. But time has shown that such technologies are belated and old. To put all the blame on Police and earn dividends did not work and will not succeed any more, because Police work clearly and honestly", during the meeting Vladimir Gasparyan said.

Police Chief also instructed liables in connection with the functions of Police, the full implementation of which will provide a high level of election' process.
