Lady Gaga loves Top Gear

Lady Gaga’s recovery from injury is being aided by an unlikely source – Jeremy Clarkson.

The star’s actor boyfriend TAYLOR KINNEY has been keeping her entertained with Top Gear boxsets starring the Sun columnist.

Taylor was introduced to the hit BBC show by a friend on his new TV series, Chicago Fire.

After becoming hooked on the antics of Jeremy, Richard Hammond and James May, he snapped up the entire Top Gear back catalogue.

The actor gifted the collection to his pop star missus after she complained of being bored while recovering from a hip operation.

A source said: “Taylor loves his cars and has really got into the show.

“Gaga doesn’t even watch TV usually but she’s always loved everything British, so she loves the jokey chats that the presenters have.

“Plus she started to learn to drive last year, so she actually understands a bit about cars now. She and Taylor watch episodes most nights because she isn’t ready to be out and about just yet.”

In February, Gaga cancelled 22 dates on her North American tour to ensure she fully recovers from her operation.She has kept a low profile since she was snapped in a specially-made wheelchair in New York earlier this month. Meanwhile, Taylor has given Gaga another thing to worry about — he’ll be starring alongside Cameron Diaz in new movie The Other Woman.

Cameron has form for dating her co-stars so Gaga will have to issue some strong warnings to Taylor before the pair of them start filming.
