TNT channel, a part of Gazprom-Media Holding, has purchased Comedy Club Production (CCP) controlling block of shares.

The channel acquired 75% minus 1 share of Comedy Club Production (CCP) production center: the key producer of programs, serials and TV shows, according to TNT press service.

The closing price for acquiring CCP shares depends on implementation of CCP commitments, TNT press service reported, according to Interfax.
