Armenia’s Meghri and Selim mountain passes are difficult to drive.

All of Armenia’s motorways are open and passable as of Tuesday 8:30 a.m., the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed.

But the Selim Mountain Pass is difficult to drive. Also, there is hidden ice at certain sections of the Sevan-Yerevan, Sevan-Martuni-Getap, Sevan-Gavar, Sevan-Chambarak, and Sevan-Dilijan highways.  

And as the Ministry of Transport and Communication informed, as a result of Monday night’s snowstorm, the Meghri Mountain Pass is difficult to drive, but road cleaning is underway. At present, there is snowfall in Artik, Martuni, Sisian, and Goris cities.
