"Chorord Inknishkhanutyun": Male get visas not long than one year period in Karabakh.

The newspaper writes, "As our sources from Nagorno-Karabakh have informed, for already a long time Karabakh police passport department gives the so-called visa to its citizens in different ways. According to our information, while the female representatives get a visa due to their wish for 1, 3 or 5 years, the males get it only for one year. It means, that NKR male residents abroad should return to Karabakh every year to get a new visa. It is obvious that for some male representatives this order is violated.  Many explain this new policy by the fact, that NKR authorities do everything to keep an amount of male in Karabakh always. The question rises why NKR authorities do their best to prevent male residents to leave the country."
