Today, on Jan. 10, Yerevan`s deputy chief of police Arthur Osikyan presented the newly appointed head of police passport and visa department Hovannes Kocharyan to the staff.
They walked along the building of the department and got acquainted with the issues of the present citizens.
The ex-head of police passport and visa department, Police Colonel Norayr Muradkhanyan was also present at the consultation.
To note, Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan signed a decree on Jan. 9 dismissing Police Colonel Norayr Muradkhanyan, from the post of the head of police passport and visa department and appointed Police Colonel Hovhannes Kocharyan instead, photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com on Jan. 9.
