In the result of the works carried out by the officers of the Shirak region Investigation Department, Kolya Ghukasyan (Gyumri ex-Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan's nephew) was brought to the Gyumri Department of the Police from the Bagratashen border checkpoint, being suspected of the crime.

To note, operative investigation and investigative measures are being carried out to clarify the identity of the criminals and to discover them.

The preliminary investigation is in process.
