"Zhoghovurd": Dead souls in election lists

Prosperous Armenia Party Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan found himself in a disgraceful situation recently. He found many “dead souls” in the list of people to be “favored” by the PAP. Party activists have decided to earn some money in this way during the election campaign.

The newspaper turned to check the information from PAP Spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan: "The voters lists drawn up by government-financed employees are far from being perfect. Much has been said about it. Inaccuracies are possible because they are working with extensive data. But I rule out deliberate misinformation on the part of PAP activists."
