Hrair Tovmasyan about Vladimir Gasparyan's point of view: "I do not know what means to be or not to be thievishly."

Acting Minister of Justice Hrair Tovmasyan, today at a briefing speaking about Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan's viewpoint on April 23 incident in Gyumri, said: "I do not know what means to be or not to be thievishly."

Tovmasyan said that every murder is a thrill for him, that Armenians kill each other.

As previously reported, about 13:00 today, April 23, Gyumri police division received a report from Gyumri medical center informing that Harutyun Khachatryan and Artyom Karapetyan were hospitalized there with gunshot wounds from the neighbourhood of building 54b, Shirkatsi street, Gyumri. The latter deceased in the hospital.

Shirak provincial investigation department has initiated a criminal case on the given fact according to article 104 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia.

On April 24, 1989 in Gyumri's Police department Vahe Ghukasyan, born in 1989, admitted that he had committed the crime.
