The newspaper writes, "Norik Mirzakhanyan (nickname "Kartol") arrested on Dec. 12, 2011, for using drugs, was released one of these days.

To note, he was the head of Armenia`s Etchmiatsin city population utility department and close associate of General Manvel. Yesterday, we got an interesting news about this short arrest. It turns out that when the subordinates reported RA Chief of Police Vova Gasparyan that "Kartol" insulted him after his arrest, the chief personally left for Etchmiatsin and beat Mirzakhanyan at the police department for insulting the latter."
