"Haykakan Zhamanak": He will not return any more.

The newspaper writes, "RA NA Chief of staff Gegham Gharibjanyan has left for the regular vacation and won`t return back to his position. In essence he is not the NA chief of staff any longer. He will be appointed to another post in the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the end of the month.

Yesterday during the talk with our correspondent Gharibjanyan confirmed that he was in vacation but did not tell anything about his future post. Till nowadays the rumors have been spread that he may be appointed as assistant of Foreign Minister, but it is not excluded his appointment as an ambassador in one of Arabic speaking countries. He has also confirmed that Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armenian Parliament Gagik Mkheyan is to carry out the responsibilities of Chief of Staff. The latter is the father of Armenian singer Sofi Mkheyan. Another remarkable appointment in the NA was the one of Rafayel Abovyan`s as the assistant of the incumbent NA Speaker Samvel Nikoyan. The latter is the brother of Nikoyan`s wife and previously worked as a driver in the RPA."
