The newspaper writes, "Vachagan Isoyan having attacked the gates of Armenian presidential residence with his GAZ 2410 model car on Nov. 17, 2011, was released on Dec. 27. The case against him was dropped acting on repentance, the police informed.

Yesterday Isoyan`s sister Rita told our correspondent the following: "On Dec. 27 the inspector phoned us and said that he had good news for us. 'You have a gift for the New Year. RA President Serzh Sargsyan granted amnesty to your brother'.""
