Letter to RA Chief of Police from Gyumri residents. Thank you for putting all into place

A group of Gyumri residents sent a letter to RA Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan, which states:

"Dear Mr. Police Chief, after the assassination on April 23 in our city and before your visit to Gyumri there was an atmosphere of fear and frustration. Imagine, there was a real war in the city for about 20 minutes, until yesterday's your visit we were afraid to let our children to school. We want to express our gratitude that you personally came and put all into place, your speech was convincing and reassuring. Yes, let God preserve you, and let your next visit to Gyumri will be a joyous occasion, often come and see our city."
