The Telegraph. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge duel with wands during visit to Warner Bros Studios

They may be the future king and queen, but the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge looked as though they preferred being Harry Potter and Hermione Granger as they duelled each other with wands on the set of the blockbuster films.
The couple were every bit as excited as the children they met at the Warner Bros Studios tour as they were taken through parts of Hogwart’s School and given a lesson in how to cast spells.
For the Duke, however, the highlight of the day was a chance to fire up the Batmobile from the Dark Knight films, made at the same studio, which he liked so much he asked: “Does it come with a baby seat?”
The Duke and Duchess were joined by Prince Harry, filling the Ron Weasley role for the day, as they inaugurated the revamped £100m Warner Bros Studios at Leavesden, near Watford, Herts., where all of the Harry Potter films were made.
Next door to the studios is The Magical World of Harry Potter tourist attraction, where sets from the films have been rebuilt in their entirety.
All three members of the Royal family are fans of the Harry Potter films, and beamed with delight as they were shown sets including the Great Hall, Dumbledore’s office and Hagrid’s hut, as well as being introduced to Potter creator JK Rowling.
