"Chorord Inknishkhanutyun": Thanks to whom we are still alive?

The newspaper writes, "Estimating the activity of his leading system, RA Chief of Police Vova Gasparyan announced that 'if we stand here today, if none of us is killed or shot and is free to speak, then it means that works are carried out.'

"CHI" - Do you remember another Vladimir lines (Vladimir Vysotsky - Russian poet-singer)? "А лишь один вопрос меня тревожит- кому сказать спасибо, что живой?" ("Only one question concerns me-whom to thank that I am still alive?"). But we do not need to be troubled with this question: we are not shot and speak freely thanks to glorious Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan. And how could Armenia have survived before the latter`s appointment to this post? How can other countries survive not having Vova Gasparyan?

Perhaps, every nation has its own Vova Gasparyan. If it doesn`t have, what a nation it is! Simply, we are just lucky that we have such a legendary hero in this difficult period of time full of challenges."
