The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" writes that the head of the department of accounting Traffic Police of Kotayk region Mikael Afyan was dismissed from the post. The edition failed to learn the reasons. The newspaper reminds that M.Afyan is Deputy Chief of Police of Armenia Alexander Afian's son.
