"Today a big disaster starts in Armenia. And they are not just words. Today, the rest of Armenian families do not want to have children. For newly minted family 25-40 thousand drams are monthly spent only on diapers. Who needs campaign playgrounds where families do not want to have children and leave the country? Who will play at these places in a few years, the guards with the policemen?"
