Today, onApril 27, RA Police Chief, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Gasparyan signed a decree to dismiss the Chief of Police of Arabkir administrative district Karen Hovhannisyan. With another order of the Chief of the RA Police, the position of Chief of Police of Arabkir administrative district was appointed Armen Vatyan.
