40 million euro for Henrikh Mkhitaryan

Ukrainian “Champion” website leaning on its source in Donetsk “Shakhter” decrypted Henrik Mkhitaryan’s salary, which according to the media is 1 million euro annually.

At the same time, it is noted that the midfielder considering that this amount is not equal to the pitch of his efforts has applied to the head coach Mircea Lucescu with a salary increase request several times. The latter, however, did not talk to “miners” owner Rinat Akhmetov.

Mkhitaryan touched upon this topic also in the beginning of this year saying that he would like to receive 2, 5 million euro. But Lucescu considered that amount unrealistic. However, it is not excluded that by the end of the season “Shakhter” will review the contract with our compatriot.
