Speculation spirals on sex of William and Kate’s baby

There’s been a fresh wave of rumors about the sex of the unborn child of Britain's Prince William and his spouse Kate Middleton.
According to the newspaper Daily Mail, during a recent reception, the Duchess of Cambridge, speaking to some army wives, admitted she had bought a light blue colored stroller.

"Bugaboo Strollers come in different colors. Parents who do not know the sex of their unborn child, usually choose a neutral color - beige, cream or black," the newspaper said. The blue color suggests that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting a son, writes the Daily Mail.

According to other rumors, the first child of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge will be a girl. Alexandra is the name leading the betting among the British.

The couple has long insisted they do not know the sex of their child. The sex of a royal heir has always been kept secret, and the world will now have to wait until a formal announcement is made when the baby is born in July.
