Against own power?

Before the elections of Yerevan Council of Elders there are still a few days, but in reality, unfortunately the authorities and all other political forces that take part in these elections, campaign, as such, has now become uninteresting, in fact, even meaningless. Disqualification of today's so-called campaign, of course, has deep roots, and today the political forces, in particular, the Republican Party of Armenia led by Taron Margaryan allows multiple passes of different caliber, which will continue operating against this force or personality. That is, it turns out that the campaign no longer gives anything else than reducing its own rating.

This theorem was proved by the fact, that today, on the eve of elections of Yerevan Council of Elders, all citizens of the city are oriented, more of those choice who still have not decided will be based on the election bribe.

Taking this into account, as well as the fact, that the main competition in the election will be held between two political forces, we can emphasize a few important points.

First, the behavior of the dominant political force in relation to the other, the effects of which in recent days have become more than obvious: earlier this behaviour was set off under the assumptions after the meetings, but today all is done openly, that is, of course, suggesting competition between PAP and RPA in no way confirms the confidence of victory of any of these forces in the upcoming elections on May 5.

Second, except campaign, which, as it turned out, is pointless and useless, there is also an alternative version of it, the process of stabilization bribes that different parties perform, using different mechanisms. In particular, the Republican Party controls this process with the help of local authorities. But PAP provides the same basic process, the simplest solution from house to house, which is the best option to ensure effectiveness.

And on the docking of these two processes confrontation and incompatible occur: it is about the size of a bribe in the course of these processes, that is, it turns out that in the event of negotiations, they will only be in the context of the size of bribes. And since it is contrary to the rules with respect to both tRPA and PAP, there is a new, and likely awaited phenomenon, which may be the only way out for PAP from the created situation. This is exercise of control against the RPA.

And thirdly, these elections are beginning to resemble the presidential elections in Armenia, together with the results of opinion polls and interests, but with only one difference- here there is another competitor who does not respond to the provocations of some.

Thus, it appears that the only solution for all is exercise of supervisory functions. It turns out that the struggle between Serzh Sargsyan and Gagik Tsarukyan for election of Yerevan Council of Elders is silent and explosive: the struggle is alternative-power against own power.
