"Hraparak": RA NA Speaker`s 'formal' right.

The newspaper writes, " On Jan. 10, with the order of RA president Serzh Sargsyan, Ethics Commission of senior officials was formed, the members of which were appointed by the NA Speaker, Prime Minister, Constitutional Court Chairman, Chairman of Court of Appeals and RA General Prosecutor. According to our information, RA NA Speaker Samvel Nikoyan expressed a wish to see the head of the NA Secretariat Tatul Soghomonyan as his representative in this Commission. But the presidential residence made it clear that Nikoyan only formally had the right to nominate his candidate. As a result Nikoyan nominated Lilit Poghosyan`s candidacy, whom he does not even know probably. And in such tenure ethic conditions is formed the Ethics Commission."
