"Barev, Yerevan" bloc condemns RPA’s mode of action

"Barev, Yerevan" bloc issued a statement condemning the actions by the ruling Republican Party of Armenia campaign headquarters.

The bloc points to the obstacles to its election campaign put by the RPA campaign headquarters.

Specifically, the bloc’s public meeting in Yerevan’s Kanaker-Zeitun community on April 28 was interrupted several times. Moreover, young members of the RPA campaign headquarters had a skirmish with the bloc’s members, and police had to interfere to stop it.

The Barev, Yerevan bloc condemns the RPA’s mode of action and demands that Armenia’s police take necessary legal measures to ensure the safety of the bloc’s further events and protection of bloc members.
