Two Emergency Situations Ministry planes will take off from near Moscow today to ferry nearly 40 tons of humanitarian supplies for China’s quake-stricken south.
On April 28 a similar flight delivered 13.5 tons of emergency aid to the city of Xendu, in Sichuan province, a week after a Force 7 earthquake left nearly 200 people dead and injured more than 12,000.
