President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory letter to academician of RA National Academy of Sciences Vilen Hakobyan on his 75th birthday and wished the renowned scientist good health and productive work.

“Your contribution to Armenian medical science and pedagogy is invaluable and has been properly recognized both in Armenia and abroad,” the letter reads.
