"Hraparak": Community heads presented false documents to regional administration staff

Ex-Governor of Vayots Dzor Sergey Bagratyan, who is the fourth in the list of "Prosperous Armenia" in the elections of Council of Elders, and several community leaders, including community leaders of Areni and Arin, by Sergey Bagratyan's order provided the employees of the regional administration fake documents.

According to these documents, the villagers need 100 tons of diesel fuel. The government provided the appropriate request amount, 9,000,000 drams, which in fact were assigned, and diesel fuel, clearly, was not distributed. Although the criminal case is in prosecutor's office, Sergey Bagratyan continues to claim that he was not aware that proceedings have been initiated against him and faces charges, the newspaper "Hraparak" writes.
